Magnitude 2.5 earthquake reported near San Fernando

(From the latimes.com) A magnitude 2.5 earthquake struck Monday night near San Fernando. The quake was centered about four miles north of San Fernando, five miles east-southeast of Newhall and nine miles south-southeast of Santa Clarita, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake was reported about 7:36 p.m. There were no immediate reports of damage. No other details were immediately available.
