Valencia’s first neighborhood, Old Orchard I, is commemorating its 40th Anniversary with the dedication of a newly landscaped garden and 4 “anniversary” trees - one for each decade.

Old Orchard I became home to Valencia’s first residents in 1967. On Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 10:30 a.m., Steve Zimmer, Chief Operations Officer, Newhall Land and Frank Schranz, President, Old Orchard I HOA will dedicate the four new trees that have been planted in the park adjoining the Old Orchard I Club House in commemoration of the community’s 40th Anniversary.

The location for the dedication is the Old Orchard I Club House 25051 Avenida Rotella in Valencia.

Old Orchard remains one of Valencia’s most beautiful communities with some of the most sought-after homes in the Santa Clarita Valley. Today, Valencia is home to 55,000 residents and is showcasing homes in its current Villages of West Creek/West Hills and River Village.
