Recently I have seen TV infomercial’s where some guy is telling the viewer how to get rich in real estate. I watched a couple of them while riding my exercise bike the other morning and was laughing my rear-end off when I actually figured out what they were both selling for $399.00.
These folks are selling foreclosure lists. Nothing more!
You see, when ever you sell anything you have to have the one thing that anyone remotely interested in the product or service wants but can’t get. Or doesn’t know how to get actually. How do you find a house for $5,000?????? (Oh, and they are out there. There are thousands like that).
When ever I talk to people about investing in houses or to people who are looking to buy a house to live it they always ask me about foreclosures and how to find them. I also know people who pay online services $25 or more a month to get foreclosure lists.
Here is my advice to you people who pay others for this free information. STOP IT!!!!
This information is free!!
If you want to buy foreclosures or just sit around on the computer in your bathrobe and browse the foreclosure listings, you can do all for free.No sign in, no passwords, no nothing. Just go to the sites and start looking.
Banks and lenders want EVERYONE to have access to their foreclosure info so they can sell those houses and condo. They dont want them sitting around with no one able to find the houses they have for sale.
So, with-out further ado, here are two of the BIGGEST foreclosure lists in the country. These lists represent almost 20 BILLION in homes sitting empty and ready to be sold all over the USA
Wait until you see some of the deals out there. Your going to freak.
