Local videographer and political documentarian Nota Ferryfan, who has been on somewhat of break since the City Council election, has just posted a new video showcasing Councilman Frank Ferry’s feeble attempt at squashing free speech. As described by the filmmaker; “Just days prior to Memorial Day, Mayor Dud disrespects all those brave souls who fought and died to preserve our freedoms by calling on our citizens to be sued for expressing their point view. Despicable!” This is a must see video of the City’s favorite donut wielding Councilman. Bring your signs and your enthusiasm to this neighborhood rally against a developer’s plan to build a hugely over-sized building in this quiet residential neighborhood. The building as proposed is 58 feet high, which is as high as the area trees along McBean Parkway. The proposed building far exceeds current zoning restrictions and is out of compliance with General Plan limits. Come out and show your support for a neighborhood fighting City Hall bias of high density in-fill development in Santa Clarita. Watch the video as Santa Clarita City Councilman Frank Ferry brands people merely exercising their First Amendment rights as ‘Terrorists’, asks the press to go after concerned citizens , and suggests to Big Developers that they should sue the people in an effort to intimidate and silence them.
