Mckeon comments on Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s address to Congress

Rep. Howard P. “Buck” McKeon issued the following statement after being selected to serve as a Congressional escort to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (pictured), who today made a historic second address before a joint session of Congress:

“It was an honor to have Prime Minister Netanyahu in Washington today addressing a joint session of Congress, where he reaffirmed the strength of the American relationship with Israel. The opportunity to help escort the Prime Minister was truly a privilege,” said McKeon.

“Our countries have a valuable and longstanding relationship whereby our alliance helps maintain and encourage greater peace, stability, and democracy in the Middle East,” McKeon continued.
