Scott Wilk handily beat Edward Heading to be the next 38th Assembly District representative. As of now Wilk had a commanding 60 plus percentage of the vote to Headington’s  39.08%. McKeon easily won re-election over challenger Lee Rogers. As of 9:00 PM McKeon had 61.39% of the Vote to Rogers weak 38.61%. Dianne Feinstein easily won re-election 64.22% to Elizabeth Emken’s 35.78% and Fran Pavley beat challenger Todd Zink 55.1% to 44.99%.

The Death Penalty repeal Measure 34 appears to not be in favor of voter support. The Death Penalty has been upheld 52.12% to 47.88%. Measure 36 which would modify the Three Strikes law won easily won 71.44% to 28.58%.
